[He is gone a good long while, it is more that he needs time to be alone than to clean up. What the fuck had he done? What? He'd liked both Alec and Eggsy, even if he didn't know Eggsy well. Where had the rage come from?

Finally he comes down and looks around for Steve.]

Tiff. Maybe you should go. People aren't wrong if they want revenge.

Nope. They're not.

[Tiffany has been leaning heavily on Steve, his arms around her, but when the Bull appears she pulls back.]

But I wanna keep an eye on you and make sure you don't go after anybody else. And the revenge stuff - even if they ain't wrong to want it, it would be wrong for me to walk away and let it happen.

[ As Tiffany starts to pull away, Steve loosens his hold on her and lowers his arms to his sides. He's watching Bull closely but with a relaxed stance and at ease. ]

Revenge never solves anything anyway.

What's going on, Bull?

[Bull pauses, looking at Steve, then down at the floor.]

I don't know Steve. I think I have become Tal-Vashoth. I dont know why I snapped.

It was stress, maybe. Or drinking. Or, like... when you think something's gonna happen, and you fear it, and it happens because you keep thinking about it and fearing it.

[a self-fulfilling prophecy.]

Tal-Vashoth? [ Steve wasn't sure what that was, although he thought he understood the implication. ]

This certainly isn't an easy place to be. [ Nodding, that he could understand. He also needed to remind himself that he wasn't a cop or a warden here. He wasn't here to interrogate or pass judgment. He'd come to support his friend. ]

It's.. Qunari who live without the Qun. They become savage. Or at least can be.

I don't know how I feel. Tired.

[He didn't want to mention scared. He looks to Tiffany.]

You think that by trying not to become Tal-Vashoth I am?

I don't know. Maybe you're doing stuff like this 'cause you think you don't have a choice.

I've been feeling like I am slipping for a while now, Steve. Tal-Vashoth are Qunari who are exciled. And I am. They tend to go mad and hurt innocents.

You think about talking to Jean or Dr. Cambridge yet?

Is it known why that is? Is it because they are shunned, or is there more to it? [ He doesn't know much about Bull's physiology, but perhaps it's not just the emotional/mental aspect of being exiled but a physical something or connection he's missing by not being part of the group. ]

Jean's very nice and easy to talk with if you haven't met her yet.

I haven't met her yet, only talked to her on the network. But I don't know. She did express a desire to hurt me.

It is because Qunari are meant to follow the Qun and they don't.

What about Cambridge? He ain't always nice, but he's always honest.

So there's something in the rituals or the communion that keeps your missing?

[He rubs his forehead.]

It is more complicated than that. All Qunari have this savage side to them, but the Qun makes it easier to manage. Strict rules about how we are supposed to live and stuff like that. Without it there is nothing to keep us from indulging in the savage side.

Cambridge.. I don't know if it will help. I can try but I don't know.

Why don't you think it'd help?

It doesn't sound to me like it's what keeps you from indulging, you do that on your own. But, it sounds like it gives you a reason, or tools, or support to keep you from losing control. What happens with the Qun?

If you start slipping they re-educate you. Tiff has said people wont do that here.

And I think it will take more than just talk, Tiff.

[She gives Steve a light nudge with her elbow, and a grin. She likes his way of thinking.]

What do you think it'll take?

Re-educate? [ Steve raises an eyebrow. ] What does that mean? Exactly. [ He's got a fairly good idea, but yeah he wants it spelled out so there's no confusion on his part. ]

[ A smile returns Tiffany's grin. ]

Basically you take away someone's humanity and dignity enough that they will do whatever you want to get it back.

[He stands up to fetch the paper he has by now showed to both Tiff and Iris. He glances at it before he looks over at Steve and hands it over. ]

I think it will take something like re-education.
