So, uh-- when I first got here, Dr. Cambridge put an implant in me, so I wouldn't have to deal with periods and stuff. But it was a birth control thing too, so that means if I'm having sex I don't have to bother with condoms or nothing, right?
[She sounds hopeful. Please give her the green light to be irresponsible, guys!

[Little-known fact: the deck kind of freaks Tiffany out. Out there, space is right in your face, and there's so much of it-- it's impossibly big, and it makes her feel impossibly small. She's never even seen the ocean from the deck of a ship; seeing the entire universe from one is infinitely more overwhelming.
But it's also nice and peaceful, in a way-- not to mention beautiful. So sometimes when she's feeling particularly brave (and right now, post-port, she definitely is) she goes out onto the main deck. She almost always stays away from the railing, opting instead to stick as close to the side of the ship as possible. Sometimes she walks, but it makes her feel a little dizzy. Mostly, she can be found sitting down-- not on a bench, but on the floor, her back pressed against the solid, reassuring Barge wall.
It doesn't matter where she sits. Either way, she can still see the stars.]

This is the kind of message you aren't supposed to respond to and in fact you should delete it off your phone once you have read it and pretend you realized it all on your own. I know guys don't pick up signals sometimes but if I'm real honest girls are the same way even though we're supposed to be better at this stuff so don't feel bad. So in case you didn't already know the signal coming from me is this, I like how things are and will not be unhappy at all if nothing changes but if you asked me out on a date someday I would say yes.
[Look at her, using spellcheck! It doesn't help with punctuation issues, but still.]

Good to see you made it out alright.
[ He finally spoke as he ashed over the edge of the railing.]
Spam
Yeah. I did real good, actually. I'm proud of myself.

Good, it does a lot to get out of those situations on ones own merit. Have you decided if you plan to learn more about the supernatural, yet?

[ THAT, was sarcastic.]
Though, in all seriousness it is always smart to have an idea how to protect yourself should you come against a hostile creature unarmed.

[She pauses.]
It was because you were a demon, not because you weren't a human.
Spam
I'm both.

p[ He looked down to her with a look.]
Just because one is a demon does not make them evil, nor unable to reproduce. [ Boy does he know that. His poor abandoned child.]

[What the fuck, how is that real.]
Is that why you help humans?

[ he looks back to the stars, away from her.]
I don't like humans, and I hate demons. I protect humans because I must, I kill demons because it is my duty.
Not everything is black and white, just look at yourself. In the time I have known you you have changed a great deal. I don't even have to actively converse with you to see that. Everything changes, everyone evolves somehow.

... When you thought I didn't like you because you weren't human, you were wrong. But I might've felt that way at home; I don't know. I never met anyone who wasn't a human before I came here.

[ He tries not to let the barge chip at his ice. Kara's death had made some of his defenses go right back up. A slap in the face reminder that he is a failure at the one thing he should be doing.]
I don't care, in all truth if you like me or not. I am quite used to hatred. Here more people are not human. We have angels, demons and those of magic blood. If you ever decide you want to learn how to protect yourself from a demonic threat, than let me know. Otherwise you have a lot of wardens running to your aid. I simply think one should be able to defend themselves. You are clearly capable.
[ he doesn't know why but he can already feel his temper starting to boil back up as he spoke. It was strange, and he knew she was not to blame.]

[She's been told about Castiel, and is very sorry to have missed him.]
... But I do want to know. How to protect myself.

I must have been misinformed.
Are you willing to spend a few hours a day reading? Half of the battle against demons is knowing the basic information and the spells to protect yourself. Which is usually in latin. I know latin is mostly dead now, but it is rather easy once you learn it.
[ No its not Vergil, you just learned it stupid young... before it died out.]

I don't want to think about fighting right now. I want to think about how I'm happy.

You do look rather chipper. Whatever has caused it, hold to it. [ He's a cynic, its in his nature but his words were sincere because he knows how fleeting happiness can be.]

[ Closest to a compliment he could give at the moment. He leaned back on the railing looking out at the sky. Idly thinking that her and Dante would get along pretty well. ]
Tell me what else happened. You clearly have a story.

You mean before or after the port was done?

[ Before he inevitably goes to spend his night reading or with Sylvanas.]

And we got back to the Barge. We got through it.
