You know, my first inmate, Elsa - she had ice powers, on a really big scale. She had trouble controlling them when she got upset, and she'd get upset being scared about losing control.

We spent a long time working with full powers only in the enclosure too, so she could get used to them without hurting anybody.

Kind of for opposite reasons, but kind of the same, too.
